Photo Book

CVS has the worst customer service people from overseas. I put a lot of effort into my photo book and submitted my order, waited, and waited, my delivery date came and went. I thought eh maybe they are just a few days behind, waited. Still nothing, emailed them, they said they hadn't even made the book yet and said it would be another 2 weeks. Waited and waited, after the 2 weeks came and went I emailed them again asking where the hell my book was, they said they didn't know, but they could try to resubmit for it to be made. Apparently you cannot contact anyone in the photo department, they not only lie about "receiving your order" but also have zero interest in fixing anything whenever they mess up.
1000% would never recommend them to anyone and will never use them again. Go to Walgreens if you actually want to get a photo book you created and ordered because they flat out just won't make the book and leave you hanging for months.

CVS Canvas prints are trash

The canvas fell off of the backing in less than 24 hours after I picked it up. The color on the bottom of the picture does not match the original picture. It looks as if the color bleed together. I'm really disappointed in the quality and will never order from there again.

Terrible Image quality

The exposure was awful. Amplified imperfections in skin tone. Paper is thin. I honestly feel the photos don't look like the photos on my phone.

Wall tiles are a ripoff

The wall tiles are awful! I bought the 8x8 glossy wall tiles, and even with 40% off I paid $78 for 6. It was a huge waste of money - I followed all the instructions closely (washing and drying wall, applying adhesives, holding for 30 seconds, etc) and within a week, all of the photos had fallen off the wall. I can't believe I paid such a huge premium for the worst hanging system on earth.

CVS.com sucks!

Socks! Ordered Christmas photocards, same day pick up and made the mistake of paying online. The cards were never printed. The store Manager stated they could not refund me (despite my on line confirmation) and that I needed to go through tech support to get a refund. After numerous lengthy phone calls on hold for more than 35 minutes and then re routed to another operator who puts you back into the original phone tree, bottom line is you're not getting a refund from CVS for anything you bought on line. Never walking into this store again. They suck!

Great sale price

I was lucky to take advantage of a 65% off sale so my price was $32 + $8 shipping which was very reasonable for 3 24x36 posters. The quality was great and they arrived in about 3 days. Very happy customer. I would have hesitated with the original cost of about $90.00

Very bad customer service

Dropped off 2 rolls of film. They got one back in about a week. The second roll has been missing for over a month. Talked with 4 different contacts. None of them can find it. I was told they reuse the tracking number so they can't locate it. They suggested wait another week and call back. I have spent at least 90 minutes on hold trying to find my photos. Terrible service!

What You See Isn't What You Get

What you see on the CVS Photo Website isn't what you get. Over the weekend, I spent hours creating a calendar. When I placed my order, I chose the "Same Day Pick Up" option -- huge mistake. When I picked it up at the store, it wasn't as pictured on the Website. The calendar lacked the pictured spiral binding that holds the pages together and lets one hang the calendar. What, pray tell, am I supposed to do with 12 8x10 loose calendar pages? The cashier explained that when one chooses the "Same Day Pick Up" option, the calendar isn't bound. It looks like "Same Day Pick Up" products ordered from the Website are made on a kiosk at a local CVS. It seems that products generated by that kiosk might have a different design from what is pictured at the CVS Website. In order to get the same product design that I saw on the Website, I would have to pay overpriced shipping charges to ship it from the manufacturer to my house. If that spiral binding is critical to me (um . . . it is!), then I can't do "Same Day Pick Up" and save delivery charges. Why all of this isn't explained at Web checkout or on the product's Webpage is beyond me. It seems like deceptive advertising. It's definitely a waste of precious time. I got my money refunded, but now I'm stuck re-doing the calendar at another Website and navigating the Christmas holiday shipping rush.

Zero Stars!

What you see on the CVS photo Website isn't what you get. Over the weekend, I spent hours creating a calendar. When I picked it up at the store, it wasn't as pictured on the Website -- the calendar lacked the wire binding that holds the pages together and lets one hang the calendar. I can't do "Same Day Pick Up" to save delivery charges. WHY ISN'T THIS EXPLAINED AT CHECKOUT OR ON THE PRODUCT'S WEBPAGE? IT'S DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING AND A WASTE OF CUSTOMERS' TIME! I'd add a photo, but I immediately returned the calendar and got my money back.

Not too shabby

The pictures come out great but a little expensive I feel like. Sometimes it is nice for the convenience though!
